Over a year ago I started my first space design for someone other than myself, family, or close friends. It is unbelievable where I am now and the jobs I have done and have going on. It is wonderful in every way!

Her and I have seemed to run into each other off and on since we were in high school and then happened to be in the same course in college. We were never close friend, but acquaintances that seem to have a special purpose in each others lives. This time the purpose was surreal for both of us. If you have a chance to look back and read my blog post, "design dream....for her ..... and I" it is worth the read.

This is one hard working couple.....they were determined...they wanted to learn....they wanted to do as much as they could themselves......so....

Fabulous Design with Function put together a beautiful functional design and guided this couple from BEGINNING to END! Through every new excitement to every emotional hiccup, it was amazing to experience this with them. :)

I did write a blog post (two spaces become one) what seems like forever ago. Feel free to have a read. :) I will recap here as well.

This was a original 70's two piece bathroom in the lower level of this back split home, right down to the flower wall paper! Behind the bathroom, was an original "hand made" 70's cinder block shower room with its own entrance. This was easy for me. :) Good bye wall between, hello new THREE piece bathroom.

Now to turn it into THIS! A three piece bathroom, and a new storage area behind with its own entrance. :)

I always make sure I triple check ALL details before rebuilding. Placement of all fixtures and the choosing of products ALWAYS has a reason and purpose.

Here it is! :)

There are three different switches for the pot lights to segregate areas when wanted.

When they presented me with this, I cried like a baby......Fabulous Design with Function's FIRST $100 bill.

Special thank you to this couple. :)

Special thank you to these wonderful companies that added the art to this room with their talent!
