J&T main level Transformation!

It started with a front door.........

The original wood front door would move with the wind, even when locked! It was warped. It was time. It was Jerry that had his heart set on this door. In it went! After being installed it DID NOT match this interior ........

Other than new appliances, the kitchen and the living area look like what the second owners left for Jerry and Terri.....

Terri's O.C.D. for proper function kicked in along with now wanting to match the new front door. The transformation started!....

LOTS of planning and making sure a beautiful design still had amazing FUNCTION.

Walls were removed, beam put in. The new windows installed not only had the "new 70's flare" but also had proper air flow function with full picture windows and uppers that open that are safe to be keep open all night long!

The kitchen was given a lot of thought with the design. T&J wanted a "less is more" look but have everything reachable with ease.

Demolition happened and a beam went in! Stay tuned to read about how this demo was rebuilt!....
