What a Year! Busy 2016/2017 for Terri and Jerry!

It has been a full year this June of renos for Terri and Jerry. They redesigned almost a full three out of four levels in there 1400sq foot backsplit home. What a year of drastic changes for this couple! A lot of work but so worth it. Check out some of the changes they made!:

They started with the lower level rec room/office area that is just a few stairs down in the back off of the main level.

Popcorn ceiling removed, led pot lights put in, old 1970's huge wall to wall fireplace jack hammered out, removed, and a new up to date fireplace built with a high end electric fireplace that changes colour and looks soooo real, so much cleaner to breath! A little hint of the past was kept with re using the old fireplace sills on the new cabinets on the sides of the fireplace. Out with the carpet and in with the Canadian made maple engineered hardwoods. New lights, paint, all new trim and doors, old closets in the office removed to open it up. Add some creative finishing touches and look what happens! Light, bright, airy, and beautiful!
